| Annotation | Preliminary title. According to a note at the end of the text, this is a translation of a (Latin) letter, a "Passport to heaven", of 25 June 1514, buried with Suster Bertken (Berta Jacobsdochter), recluse in Utrecht, that was issued by Herman van Lockhorst, dean of the chapter of Oud-Munster, Jacob van Appelteern, dean and Dirk van Malsen, prior of the Canons Regular of St. Mary of the Apostles, Utrecht. Written on the title page of a copy of a Strassbourg edition of Jacobus de Voragine's Legenda Aurea: Lombardica historia que a plerisque Aurea legenda sanctorum appellatur . - Argentine, 1496.
