Lefèrve version claims to be an exact translation of Jerome's Vulgate, but is actually a revision of Jean de Rely's "Bible historiale", with certain parts (e.g., the Pentateuch, Jushua-Kings) translated from the Vulgate, or more exactly, from Sanctus Pagninus's Latin translation from the Hebrew which had appeared in 1527-1528.
