Annotation | Preliminary title. Commentary on book IX of Rhazes' Liber Almansoris. According to the colophon on f. 98r, copied by Wilhelmus van der Grip from Lower Germany ("de almania bassa") during his study (?) in Bologna. The manuscript has had several owners: according to one 15th-century inscriptions on the flyleaf,owned by Wilhelmus de Vlimen, and according to another, owned by Fridericus de Wael, vicar at Utrecht.
