Annotation Preliminary title. Cite as: Universiteitsbibliotheek Utrecht Hs. 681 (Hs 4 E 10). Also available in online version. According to two notes in the manuscript, it was owned by three physicians. First it was captured by David of Burgundy and presented to master Antonius Pottage.
