AnnotationPreliminary title. Fols.1r-63r can be dated in 1346 with a note on fol. 63r. Probably fols. 63-66 also date from 1346. The same note mentions Symon Hoflant de Velsen from the diocese of Utrecht as the scribe. Wermboldus Overstege de Campis is mentioned as scribe on fols. 77. Dating of the other leaves based on the scribe and on the astronomic tables. The beginning of "Super libro IX Almansoris" is mutilated. "Super libro IX Almansoris" is a commentary on book IX of Rhazes' Liber Almansoris with an image of the Zodiac (fol. 1).
