AnnotationSheet A: 290 x 252 mm, 2 columns, cut at the top. Side a contains a mirror print of Sheet B/side a. Side b is marked with a pencil on the top-right corner in modern handwriting "KI", the left side has a crease, along which are copper-oxidized holes. The right side has two square shapes of these holes with copper-oxidation. Side balso has glue residues, and its left side has residues of puncture marks. The bottom-right corner of side b has a sewn corner. On side b the word 'et' appears left to text in a different, cursive script, to complement its omission. Probably contains a Haftarah for Bahar-Bechukotai Sheet B: 295 x 228 mm, 1 column (240 x 160 mm), both sides have glosses. The top-right corner of side a is marked "KII" with pencil in modern handwriting, and in a medieval handwriting a psalm in Latin was added: "Domum tuam decet sanctitudo" [Psalm 92, v.5]. The left side of side a has a crease along which are copper-oxidized holes. The right side has two square shapes of copper-oxidized holes. There is also visible lineation. The main part of the column on side a is an haftarah for Shabbat hol-hamoed Pessach. The bottom line is the beginning of haftarah for the Seventh day of Pessach. Side b contains haftarah for the Second day of Pessach Sheet C: 292 x 260 mm, 2 columns. The lower margin of side a is marked "SI" with a pencil in modern handwriting. Its right side has a crease, along which are copper-oxidized holes. The left side has two times two copper-oxidized holes next to each other. The right side of side a has puncture holes and glue residues. Side b is marked "488" in ink on the bottom-right corner, in modern handwriting. Side b has mirror print of another Hebrew manuscript which contains passages from Zechariah 14. On side b, left to column, the word "ach" appears in a cursive vocalized script to complement its omission in the text. The text on both sides is a morning haftarah for the 9th day of Av Sheet D: 285 x 21 mm, paper, blank, has a watermark of a lily (resembling Piccard XII, Abteilung I, pp. 68-69, fig. 244, 246 - ca. 1650-1700).
